Yes, Ocean View Travel Agency welcomes any size group. If you want the tour to be just for your group you must have six or more people. If you have ten people one person will receive 25% off the tour package. If you have 20 people one person will receive a free tour package. Also if you book six people and under ten you will receive 5% off.
Note: Only one discount applies per group.
There are two options. We will match you up with another traveler of the same gender to share a room through out the duration of the tour if possible or you can opt out of this to have your own room and use a single supplement package.
If there is no one to share a room with you will have to use the single supplement package.
This package is the price offered to guests that would like to stay in their own room.
All of our prices are based on per person, double occupancy rooms unless otherwise stated.
All of our tour packages include being picked up and brought back to the airport. We want to make sure you have a memorable time as soon as you step off the plane and go through customs. Our staff will be clearly identified as soon as you walk out of the airport/s.

Ocean View Travel Agency strongly recommends all clients to purchase a travel policy. Most hospitals or doctors in the Dominican Republic want cash upfront and don’t take insurance from other countries. Also if you need to cancel at anytime, or have lost luggage you have peace of mind you are covered.
Here at Ocean View travel Agency we try 110% to make your trip worry free and this is just another added measure.
You need to check with your primary care insurer to ask this question but most companies will not cover claims overseas. Travel insurance will cover balances at a higher amount and pay for your travel costs and accommodations.
Passports are needed to travel to the Dominican Republic. Please make sure your passport is still valid for at least six months beyond how long you will be out of the country.
Each person is different on needing visas. It depends on what country you are coming from. Each person is responsible for having the required documentation. Please consult your local embassy to make sure you have the proper documentation.
Note: If you are applying for passports and visas this can take along time. Please give yourself at least two months for everything to process.
You will receive receipt of payment right away along with travel brochures and access to our Ocean View Travel Network. All other documentation will be sent out at least 21 days prior to the tour.
