Ocean View sells its tours to many different countries around the world. It is possible to have a few different nationalities on the tour. Ocean View Travel Agency gives you the option on our network to forge friendships before you go on tour via our social site. We will have a group set up on the site dedicated for your individual tour along with other information.
There will be a maximum of 20 people on our tours. We will not have the exact amount until 21 days out before the tours.
If you would like to have a tour set up only for you and your friends or family you can do this with the exception that there must be six or more people on the tour.
Yes, Ocean View designs each itinerary with the ideal balance between planned itineraries and time on your own to mingle with the locals or relax at your leisure.
Starting from the airport you will be picked up in an air conditioned van.
Your main luggage will be transported in our baggage truck to make sure everyone is relaxed and comfortable on each ride.
Most hotels we stay at have air conditioning.
Ocean Views Tour Directors are from different nationalities and backgrounds. All Directors have gone through a thorough background check along with completion of 90 or better on tour program.
The backgrounds of our Tour Directors are former teachers, military personnel, social workers, and lecturers that have a true passion for travel and adventure.
Here is a glossary of some common terms used in our itineraries:
Stopover – Your coach will stop and you’ll get to see a specific site.
PhotoView – A brief stop and a chance to take photos.
DriveView – Your Ocean View coach will drive by the site so that you can see it.
Local tour – A local guide will escort you on that section of your tour.
Points of Reference – Places of interest witch are pointed out, for you to go and explore them on your own.
Optional Excursions – Not included in the tour package, but are available for an additional fee.
Downtime – Time for you to explore or relax at your leisure.
Leisure day – No planned activities; time for optional excursions or other independent activities.
Ocean View Travel Agency requires you to make a copy of your documentation just in case you accidentally lose it. Your replacement will be expedited faster by the local embassy if you have copies of this documentation.
